General FAQ

What is a snail mail club? A subscription to receive a monthly envelope of physical goodies each month. It might take a while (hence the "snail" part) but there's nothing like receiving a special surprise in your mailbox!

Where do I subscribe? Head over to my Patreon to subscribe (both US and international options are available).

Can I buy mail from previous months? Yes! Check out the catch-up editions while supplies last.

Is any artwork AI-generated? NEVER. Everything is hand-drawn by me!

Will you be creating products beyond the mail club? Yes hopefully! Join the mailing list for first access to new items and announcements.

Ordering & Billing

What's the sign-up cutoff? Subscribe anytime in a given month and you'll receive the following month's edition.

When does my subscription ship? Usually within the first three business days of every month. Exact timing may shift by a day or two depending on post office hours.

When will I be billed? On the date you first subscribe, then on that same date every month. If a payment fails, you will be notified to update your details before the subscription is cancelled.

Can I cancel anytime? Yes, anytime through your Settings: Memberships page on Patreon.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship with tracking? Mail club ships via stamped mail to keep the subscription affordable and the snail mail practice intact!

Will multiple editions ship together? Yes! If you order more than one product – including any Pick 3 sets – everything will be shipped together in the same envelope.

How long will delivery take? Usually 3-7 days for US orders, 4-6 weeks for international. However, there may be delays due to reasons beyond my control.

My order hasn't arrived yet? Reach out if it's been more than 3 weeks (US) or 8 weeks (international) since your ship date.

My address was wrong or my items arrived damaged? Get in touch! If a package was sent to the wrong address, reshipment is available for a small fee.
